Client Profiles in your Contacts

When viewing a contact profile (under “All Contacts” within the “Contacts” section in LeadFox), if you go into “Communication Preferences - GDPR”, you will find that contact’s consent status for each email category, including the details of when they last gave consent:

In your contacts’ Timeline of Events

When viewing a contact profile (under “All Contacts” within the “Contacts” section in LeadFox), you will find within the “Timeline of Events” either the addition (opt-in) or the removal (opt-out) status of that contact for , including the date and time of all consent statuses given:

Exporting your contacts in CSV format

By exporting your contacts in CSV format, you’ll see the columns that have been added so as to display consent information for each of your contacts in LeadFox with regard to your email categories and their consent statuses, including the date and time of consent:
